Live Life Healed is an online virtual practice (for now) so it’s important to share things in the space we exist in, and that’s online.
The Anxiety and Depression Association of America ADAA is a great tool to find online community support. ADAA has an online Peer-to-Peer Community.

Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation
Aims to provide support and bring awareness to mental health issues, particularly those affecting African Americans, through advocacy, education, and providing resources for those in need.
Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective
Founded by Dr. Thema Bryant-Davis and a team of mental health advocates and professionals, BEAM focuses on addressing the unique mental health challenges faced by Black individuals and communities.
Melanin and Mental Health
Founded by Dr. Ebony Butler and Eboni Harris, Melanin and Mental Health aims to address the stigma surrounding mental health issues and provide resources and support for individuals seeking mental wellness.
Therapy for Black Girls
This platform offers a range of resources, including a therapist directory featuring mental health professionals who specialize in working with Black women and girls, blog posts addressing mental health topics relevant to the Black community, and a podcast where Dr. Bradford discusses various aspects of mental health and wellness.
